Hudnall, Cohn, Fyvolent & Shaver, P.C. ("Hudnall Cohn") is a Martindale Hubbell AV law firm founded in 1973 that concentrates in real estate matters. The firm has five principals and five associate attorneys with offices located located across the northern area of the metropolitan Atlanta area. Susan Fyvolent has maintained our marketing program to keep up with the needs of our clients. Numerous builders, real estate agents, loan brokers and lender originators require that Hudnall Cohn handle their closings.

Hudnall Cohn is especially proud of its prominent and growing foreclosure department, including commerical foreclosures. The firm represents lenders from across the country in all areas of foreclosure law, including prompt and expeditious representation in the United States Bankruptcy Courts, responding to debtors' petitions under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. The firm is well known as a strong lender/creditor advocate in the bankruptcy courts.

As a result of having a strong foreclosure department, we have created a separate Default Services Department for REO re-sales, managed by Gil Hudnall. Further, numerous relocation companies rely on Hudnall Cohn through the efforts of Marianne T. Shaver, to represent them at closings throughout the Atlanta area. Hudnall Cohn has a relocation department specifically staffed to coordinate the closings and documentation necessary to ensure smooth closings.
