Pre-Closers: HUDNALL COHN commits to each of our lender clients that they have only one person to contact at the Firm for all questions leading up to a closing. With respect to REO Sales, our Pre-Closers are individually trained to be vigilant about REO issues. The closings, therefore, can be scheduled and closed on or before the contract's date of closing. Sellers, lenders, agents, buyers and all interested parties are kept current on any possible delay factors.

Closers: Our highly skilled closers know how to balance the needs of sellers with the demands of a buyer's lender and how to have all closing documents approved, executed and ready for a timely closing. As is customary in REO closings and other commerical style closings where one or more parties are not able to attend, the required closing documents are sent with adequate time to sign and return prior to the closing, with final closing statements or HUD-1's submitted for party signature separately.

Attorneys:Our attorneys are able to often anticipate and quickly resolve common issues raised at closings by buyers, lenders, agents and often other attorneys, therefor avoiding closing delays.

Post Closing and Inquiries: No one at Hudnall Cohn "pre-screens" phone calls, including the attorneys. Any issue will be handled directly and quickly.
