Hudnall Cohn is a charter member of the Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorney Association (GRECAA) for which Gil has been elected to the Board of Directors since 1991 and has served as Treasurer, Vice-President and President twice. A graduate of the University of Virginia (B.A., 1968) and the University of Georgia School of Law (J.D., 1971), Gil has been active in numerous professional organizations, including the Atlanta Mortgage Bankers Association, the Georgia Association of Mortgage Bankers and the Georgia Mortgage Brokers Association. He is a regular speaker at the Annual Real Estate Law Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Georgia. He also served on the executive committee of the real estate section of the State Bar of Georgia.
An active member of various neighborhood civic groups, Gil has served as president and numerous other offices to preserve lakes and neighborhood amenities. He was a little league coach and umpire for 11 years and was captain of his local tennis team.
