James M. Ottley practices in the area of estate planning, small business lending, real estate lending and foreclosure law. Mr. Ottley graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in 1993, followed by his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1997.
Mr. Ottley has extensive experience representing bank and non-bank lenders in closing conventional and government guaranteed loans involving borrowers across a broad range of industries and property types. He also regularly represents lenders in workouts and complex commercial foreclosures.
